{"id":7321,"date":"2024-12-05T18:16:28","date_gmt":"2024-12-05T17:16:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afeltra.it\/qualita\/"},"modified":"2025-04-30T12:47:00","modified_gmt":"2025-04-30T10:47:00","slug":"quality","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/afeltra.it\/en\/quality\/","title":{"rendered":"Quality"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Premiato Pastificio Afeltra is committed to producing safe products, in compliance with the law, compliant with quality and health requirements, respecting the basic principles of food defense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The quality of our product has the highest priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have an internal laboratory and we carry out daily checks on both the raw material and the finished product, on a sample basis, and we also carry out analyses at external laboratories accredited by ACCREDIA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before unloading the semolina from the tanker to the silos, it is analysed to verify its chemical-physical and microbiological quality. In particular, the value of humidity, proteins and ash is researched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before packaging, the humidity parameter is checked on the pasta and a cooking test is carried out to verify the consistency, homogeneity and resistance to cooking.
