Tomatoes

Our tomatoes, typical of southern Italy, are grown mainly in Puglia, in the Capitanata area. Here, thanks to the fertile soil and favorable climate, long tomatoes with a rich and decisive flavor ripen, with a delicate balance between freshness and intensity. Their pulp is particularly firm, ideal for dishes with an authentic flavor and perfect consistency.
