The quality of our product has the highest priority.
We have an internal laboratory and we carry out daily checks on both the raw material and the finished product, on a sample basis, and we also carry out analyses at external laboratories accredited by ACCREDIA.
Before unloading the semolina from the tanker to the silos, it is analysed to verify its chemical-physical and microbiological quality. In particular, the value of humidity, proteins and ash is researched.
Before packaging, the humidity parameter is checked on the pasta and a cooking test is carried out to verify the consistency, homogeneity and resistance to cooking. We check our product over time, even after months, always guaranteeing a product of excellent quality.
